Staging Rentals
We have an extensive inventory of portable stage party rentals in Chicago including various staging accessories like trussing, stairs, railing, lighting, flooring, etc. Our stage sections come in 4'x8' sections and can be connected to create stages of all sizes. They have round rubber feet to protect against scratching floors if setup inside. Our staging can also be used outside but should be covered in case of rain. Our staging is popular for presentations, graduations, DJ sets, dance recitals, theater, etc.

Dance Floor Rentals
We have a wide variety of Chicago dance floors event rentals for all budgets. Choose from a wooden dance floor, white dance floor, checkered dance floor, or new for 2021, our brand new LED dance floor! Only the wooden dance floor can be used outdoors without a subfloor. Dance floors must be covered under tents if used outdoors.
Wooden Dance Floor - 3'x4' Tile
Great selection for outdoors, but can also be used indoors. Only floor that can set up directly on grass without subflooring.
Black Dance Floor - 3'x3' Tile
Great for corporate events, galas, and fundraisers. Setup on flat, hard surfaces only. Subfloor available for additional cost.
White Dance Floor - 3'x3' Tile
Very popular for weddings and high end events. Setup on flat, hard surfaces only. Subfloor available for additional cost.
Checkered Dance Floor- 3'x3' Tile

Pipe & Drape Rentals
Pipe and drape is designed for indoor use, but can also be used under tents with sidewalls. Due to wind, pipe and drape is not recommended for outdoor use. Pipe and drape makes great dividers, can cover ugly walls, break up a larger room into smaller sections, etc. You can also mix and match drape colors for a bold look. Add color to your draping by renting some uplights. Pricing listed below is for hardware and material only. Setup & takedown labor is additional.

We've got a huge inventory of red carpet rentals in many sizes, but can also custom cut to your specifications. We bind the edges of all of our carpets so that they have a nice clean finish. Our stanchion rentals are available in chrome (silver), gold, black (retractable), and white (chain). Several different stanchion rope options available depending on selection.

Portable Heater Rentals - Chicago, IL
We've got a wide variety of patio heater rental options to help your guests stay warm in the winter as well cold evenings and nights in the spring and fall. Hopefully you won't need these this summer! Our heaters are relatively portable and we also supply the propane tanks. Our heater rentals are great for outdoor patios, roof tops, barns, tents, outdoor vaccination centers, covid testing sites, etc.
